I finished this violin in 2011. It has a lower angle of neck projection to suit baroque players. The finger board has a decorative wood side and ebony playing surface. The nut and saddle are made of bone. Handmade baroque style tail piece and gut strings. The front is of a narrow grain spruce and the maple of a delicate flame, the back being made from a one piece slab.
Back length 354 mm
Upper bout 168 mm
Middle bout 112 mm
Lower bout 206 mm
